Management:

WTSD can conduct an Organisational needs analysis to identify supervision requirements, Quality Assurance requirements and contract administration. This leads to the implementation of procedures that regularly audit systems to ensure compliance. Safety:

WTSD can assist in the implementation of Health and Safety OHS Committee requirements. We can conduct risk assessments, develop JSA/SWMS, establish safety procedures and control measures. Our experience can identify safety training and competency assessment services that support compliance with safe systems of work and ensure that safety & training management systems are maintained.
WTSD can facilitate the verification of competencies (VOC), standard operating procedures for Plant Operators and safety services. Conducted risk assessments, developed and established safety procedures. This will assist in the implementation of the new WHS legislation and facilitate the monitoring of a Safe Workplace.

Training:

WTSD has conducted staff/visitor site inductions, safety training, task specific inductions and site assessments with integrity and to the required standard to ensure projects met legislative and site requirements. We can establish and maintain consistent systems and documentation to ensure compliance to contract requirements. All trainers have a Certificate IV TAE40110 Workplace Training/Assessing and appropriate industry accreditations.
WTSD conducts nationally recognised training courses in RII20713/RII30809 Civil Construction, Plant Operations, Chainsaw Level 1&2, confined spaces, working at heights, RMS Traffic control, Workcover NSW and WHSQ OHS Construction Induction (White card), Workcover  NSW HSR training and RMS Concrete works for Bridges under Specification B80.
