WTSD Refund Policy
FEE PROTECTION POLICY
Any fees received in advance of training courses will be held in trust for the purposes of payment for the aforementioned course whenever the course is conducted.
Participants who fail to attend a course will be charged for that course within the terms of the WTSD cancellation policy and will have those fees held in credit until the next available course.
REFUND POLICY
Courses will be postponed if there are insufficient numbers to conduct the training. A full refund will be paid if the candidate is unable to attend an alternative course.
A full refund is available for cancellations received in writing at least 5 business days prior to the course commencement.
Those received within the 5 business days will be subject to 15% administration fee.
The course fee is non-refundable 48 hours before the course commences.
Alternative participants are acceptable at no additional charge.
Confirmation of Bookings can be made through contacting our administrative staff.
If a participant cannot attend a course through any mitigating circumstances and a client is charged as per WTSD cancellation policy, then the aforementioned participant can attend the next available course at no extra charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Courses will be cancelled or rescheduled if there are insufficient numbers to conduct the training.
A full refund will be paid to candidates if they are unable to attend a rescheduled course.
